I have a hp f272wm and it's had the same specs since day one, can I optimize it for modern games?

(Im kinda new to all of this so bear with me) I have a hp f272wm with a dead battery, a pentium cpu, 4gb of ram with a Amd r4 graphics driver

Because of its outdated and rather bad conditions, it runs cpu at 30(highest when idle) and a maximum of 70 memory at all times(I've never seen it drop)

With these given specs and and issues do you think this laptop can be restored with updated components, And does a older model like this have limits on what can be installed?

And by "modern games" I'm just mainly talking about games like outlast trials or grounded
