budget: $1500 CAD

Located in Ontario. im very new to PC building so im not sure where to start/what to look for. I would like for this to mostly be for gaming, in the future i may consider streaming and maybe video editing but nothing crazy.

i mostly play fps and open world sandbox games. i just want the games to run well with minimal issues. some game examples: fps: Halo, fortnite, csgo, first descendant, borderlands, apex, val
sandbox: terraria, minecraft, elite dangerous, space engineers, GTA

also looking to play racing sim games (assetto corsa, forza)

for look wise with parts and the tower i would like it to be white. processing unit i prefer AMD. will answer any questions.
