What could cause these issues

I have a 4080 I bought 11/02/2023 and randomly lines will populate on screen for split second. It flickers randomly like go black and return to normal also in a split second.
Now this is a gigabyte 4080 aero edition and only thing I found is the card has pcb cracking issues. They fixed this with their 2024 runs
But I just don't know what could cause the issues or how to test or what to look for
