Rate my build - Ryzen 9 7950x / RTX 4090

I'm thinking about building a gaming pc to get back into flight sim and also run it in dual boot with Ubuntu for development/experiments using linux.
I put together a build on pcpartpicker and would like some feedback on what you'd change/swap and general advice would be appreciated!
I'm trying to build something that's low-profile hence the case being Terra Mini and this will primarily be used for gaming since I use a mac for work.
