Hello I'd really like some help getting some parts together

I'd like to Be on A AMD platform. (CPU AND GPU)

700-1000 IS MY BUDGET. Here's the key. 700 of that has to be spent at B&H photo.

I'm not going for looks. I'm going for functionality. So I don't care much about the RGB. It could all be black or min RGB I don't care. This will be mainly used for photo editing. I'd like to do 1 SSD just for windows and 1 foe onboard storage (maybe a tb?) And I'll keep the rest of the storage separate. I don't need mouse or keyboard or monitor
