Windows hates me

After updating my b550(i believe) windows will work but after a random amount of time, or some āintenseā action like exiting a league of legends match windows stops functioning correctly.
Things still āworkā but not right. like if i keep using windows and donāt somehow bug it out this never occurs, but if i do somehow bug it out or LITERALLY just go idle for over an hour. It breaksā¦
