Post Body

I just bought a PC, And it's hitting great fps,pre than I've ever had, and more than I can use. I capped my fps at 144fps and it seems to have helped a little, but it's still an issue. My PC will run fine for about 15-30 minutes then I'll get fps drops, stutters about every 5 seconds no matter what game. Usually Call of Duty, I'll run it with no limit or cap on frames and get around 240 but, it will jump down to 120fps and have a massive stutter you can tell.. Is it my cooler sucks or what? It's a pre built..
