7800x3d Asus B650E-F Fresh windows 11 Team group cl30 Loan Li aio/fans No GPU, just using the igpu until my card comes in.

So I was wrapping up my build and armory crate installed, the PC had been up and running for several hours at this point with no issues. I clicked reboot and it never came back just shut down completely. When I press the power button the RGB comes on and the fans start up for approximately one second and immediately go back off. Will not post or even begin to.

Tried pulling a stick of RAM, and removed the SSD's, still would just flicker once and turn off.

Did the paperclip in the power supply just to make sure I didn't somehow get a faulty one. PS still spun up.

Broke out the usb drive and flashed the bios. Still just flashed the RGB once and shut back off.

Pulled both sticks of RAM and reset. No luck.

Walked away and took a break as I was getting mad. Came back and decided to try again, now it won't even flicker on and turn off! Pulled the power button cable and jumped the pins to see if it would start but nothing happened. I'm on to trying to reseat the CPU I pull the CPU out and see this area here: https://imgur.com/gallery/AL54Z4n

Is that a problem?

At this point I'm lost, the last PC I built was 20 years ago so I'm no expert by any means and any help would be greatly appreciated.
