Is it worth getting a new PSU after 10 years?

Post Body

So, I've got a bit of money spare right now, and I want to make my gaming PC run cooler and more efficiently. I've had the same PSU, a Gold Corsair 750W, for about 10 years now. The system is still stable, but how will its efficiency have changed over time? I can't think of how to measure it myself, so I'm hoping someone might have experience or knowledge about rate of wear/decay (or of how to find out without an electricians toolbag), and whether or not it's worth getting a new plat/tit PSU to replace it.
