Easiest way to refill AIO Liquid Cooler

I Searched many vid on youtube, but most of them are removing one tub, fill it up with the liquid for AIO, then reseal the tube. Also saw someone unscrew the plate that is placed over your processor then fill that up with the liquid until it reach the radiator.
I plan on buying ID Cooling Space SL360 ,and if doesn't have a refilling hole for the liquid, what is the easiest way to refill the liquid inside?
