Basic question about cables

Post Body

My brother upgraded his computer and gave me the bits, just needed a tower, drive and psu.

Everything has been set up for me but the PSU was rubbish (no cable for graphics card or something)

Anyway, pretty sure everything is connected. Only thing is there are 3 Molex 4pin/PATA cables I could connect to but I am not sure if I should/need to. SATA is connected and was told that is enough and PATA is old.

Also, cables and closing the case? There are hordes of the things unused but not easy to keep out the way. Any tricks?
