what about the cpu or cpu power could cause the pc to flicker? if i unplug the cpu power, the fans, leds and whatnot will fire up no problem. i turn pc off and plug cpu power back in, then when i push the power button, the lights flicker once and then nothing. what could cause this? I have a ryzen 5, and this cpu worked fine on it before. I pulled it off and noticed the pins looked a little bent so i used another cpu with the same exact result. Same cpu model as before.
