Need Prebuilt for Dad

For my dad's work his old all in one has gone to shit so I wanna buy him a new pc. I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation in the 500-700 range. Three main things it needs to have is good ram, good storage, and it needs to be able to support 3 monitors. Doesn't need fancy rgb or any of that shit just need a good work horse. I'm not going to build it because I don't have time and the last time I built my pc was 5 years ago. Help a brotha out.
