I recently changed my case and cooling system to get ready for bigger upgrades. New setup is:

Ryzen 5800x Nzxt b550 Corsair vengeance rgb pro 3600 Asus rog strix 3060 oc 12gb Corsair h150i elite lcd xt Corsair 5000D airflow case Corsair rm650 80 gold 7x corsair LL 120 fans and 3x ML elite fans

The rgb ring and lcd interface on the aio are not coming on and the pump is continuously jumping from 500ish to 2500 rpms. The 5 fand i have diectly connected to the commander core are running at a slow rpm while the other 5 i have on a pwm adapter that came with the case are running at a higher rpm. The adapter is connected to port 6 on the commander core. I am running 2 sata cables with 4 ports each and the cable the commander core is connected to is completely full. Am i having a power distrobution problem, am i not pushing enough power out or what could it be? I am completely lost since the system was running fine before the upgrades.
