Hey guys, i have a pc for quite a while now (5-6 years) that wasn't upgraded and now am into video editing, i've edited on the pc before and it ran smoothly but now if i put for example a template or a preset the pc almost freezes and stops working entirely, i have to put the quality of the display on adobe premiere to 1/4 so it would maybe play at 5fps max for the preview, these are my specs and i have around 350 dollars worth of upgrade buget, any advice is welcome, worth to mention that a friend told me maybe its a software issue because i think my windows is kind of broken so is that a possibility ? i recently changed all thermal pastes on cpu and gpu
