Looking for a bit of advice before i take my PC to a shop! Ive found that recently, all of my usb devices intermittently disconnect at random. Sometimes it only lasts a second or so, sometimes a few seconds, and on occasion they just never reconnect. Ive tried to uninstall the USB controller to have it reinstall on reboot but it didnt help, any ideas how to at least diagnose where the issue is?

As a side note, i noticed that when i uninstall the USB controller it asks me to confirm afterwards, but obviously i cant actually click accept or hit enter, is it actually working correctly if i just restart at that point?

Just some more info, i have all the devices running through a USB switcher that connects to my personal desktop and my work laptop, and the laptop has zero connection issues so im assuming its not the switcher that is causing the trouble
