Ethernet speed dips

Hi so my internet keeps dropping to 0 for a second then gling back up to normal. I've included a picture, its happening around once or twice every 30-40 seconds. If it isn't normal what can I do to fix it? I've also included a picture of the cable product page on amazon. It's cat8 and I'm with virgin media for the Internet.
