Pc keeps crashing

The prebuilt pc I got for my son for Christmas keeps crashing showing a black screen/freezing when playing games I've got a feeling it's something to do with the GPU these are the settings the nvidia 3060 gpu are set at is it normal for the voltage to be at 0 Also should I enable auto tuning?
