I asked a clerk at a las Vegas EZ Pawn- where I’d pawned my PS5- if my due date could be extended. “Sure, I’ll check w/ my manager” .

Guy comes back and says the manager will give me til the 16th. I got 10 extra days. I asked about additional interest and the clerk shrugged, said it will be about $12 extra. It was all verbal though I did ask for paper receipts.

I just picked up my PS5. They charged me a “finance charge” of $49.40 for those 10 extra days. That is in addition to the $148.20 I was told about and agreed to pay. For a 3 month $380 loan.

AND my PlayStation box smells like farts. I’m offended AND pissed off.

Guy who cashed me out said he could do nothing about this “finance charge”. Anyone out there have a similar experience with EZ Pawn?
