What’s up /r/pattaya people. I rarely post here but I do love this subreddit. It used to be a private invite only sub that wasn’t even in use. As if some jackass created it just to lock it away for no reason. I messaged the reddit admins and they gave me moderator status, so I opened it up.

I’ve never marketed this sub. It has totally just grown from people like you wandering in at random and I love that.

I think we got a great group of redditors here. Everyone seems to get along for the most part. We got guys who live here and like to take it slow. We got guys on 2 week holidays that party as hard as they can and love every minute of it. We got guys planning their trip and wanna have all their shit planned out before they step off the plane. Even when indian dudes wanna share a room and still bring back chicks, you guys still give em good advice along with a bit of grief about their budget hehe. It’s all good.

I’ve never tried to force a certain vibe here and what limited moderating I’ve done has been spammers or people with vlogs who have tried to make this their personal blog/vlog newsfeed.

Now I’ve broken down this post into several comments in the thread below. We can discuss each aspect individually and flesh things out a bit more.
