Met a girl on Bumble while in Pattaya. We went for lunch, and I liked her, even though I suspected she was a freelancer—she kept denying it, though. We kept it casual, meeting at Pattaya Beach, walking around, eating Som Tum, and having a few beers. She said she worked nights as a hotel receptionist, so I let things stay in a "pre-dating" phase.
A few days later, I went out to random bars and clubs, met two different freelancers on separate nights, and took them back to my hotel. Then, suddenly, she blocked me. When I called her, she said she knew about the other freelancers and even knew which hotel, my room number, and details down to what I was wearing!
I’m starting to think there’s a whole network of freelancers sharing information—seems like they can spy better than the secret services. Could this really be a thing, or was it just a crazy coincidence? Thoughts?
