Advice for translating an Adventure Path into a homebrew world?
Post Body

I'm going to be running a duet campaign for my partner, and due to my own limitations as a GM, I was thinking of using an Adventure Path. Not sure which one, but currently leaning toward Wrath of the Righteous. However, I'd ideally want to run it in my homebrew world, since I've got a lot of established lore and I want to use it as a default setting. Any tips for converting WotR in particular, or APs in general, into homebrew settings, given that they're all pretty solidly set in Golarion? I will be adapting and adjusting elements of the plot to my own and my partners' taste, so I'm not too worried about issues like my world not having a Worldwound or a Nocticula per se, but those are things I know I'll need to keep in mind nonetheless.

If anyone has tips for running APs as duet campaigns, those are also welcome, though I'm aware of wdmartin's masterpiece of a masterpost and will be using it extensively.
