Familiars don't get bonus feats like animal companions, but most familiars get one feat from their natural statblock--usually Weapon Finesse or Skill Focus. A few get two: a Flying Squirrel gets Acrobatic and Weapon Finesse, a Blue-Ringed Octopus gets Multiattack and Weapon Finesse.
Is there any reason you couldn't have your familiar use the retraining rules to change those feats into any feat they meet the prereqs for? The animal companion post inspired this one because, if so, a flying squirrel familiar could get its own familiar with infinite potential recursion (Iron Will Familiar Bond), but this also has lots of less silly applications.
