Need Help Creating a Character

I'm a new player to Pathfinder and my group is putting together a one-shot. I'm trying to make an unchained rouge. I was wondering what race would be best to use. We also need to level our characters up to lvl 12. We're also given 108,000 gold and 72 prestige. I was wondering what the best stats would be for this kind of character, skills I should acquire, and items i should buy. I should also say we're using a 20 point buy for abilities.
