Bonded item: how to properly add new magical abilities

Post Body

Hey all, I have a question about bonded item. My DM gave me this amulet as bonded item for my arcane sorcerer which I can use to cast a single lvl 3 spell and a single lvl 2 spell a day (we are discussing about the spells).

If I want to add a single use of, let's say, a lvl 4 spell in the future, how much does it cost me? If we follow the rules of magic item crafting we know that the lower ability's cost is multipiled by 1.5 but in this case the lower ability is already on the item. Is there an official rule or something? thanks in advance
