Hey guys and gals! I'm building a shaman as my character has just died in our ongoing campaign :( I plan on using Grippli as a race option and being a main healer as we tend to be very melee focused party. We have a paladin but she's ony 5 paladin/5 barb. I should note we are level 10.
I'm not sure what way to go as far as versatility goes. Do I use the Dex bonus from gripplis to dip into something that can melee if I need to? Should I remain ranged and grab a bow? Focus on my wisdom and dip into something like a warpriest?
I was thinking of going crystal tender for the increased defensive ( I have fluff to match the archetype) and a protector archetype familiar.
Probably going to stay with life spirit and then figure out the wandering one based on situation s.
Any suggestions on what I should do? I'm worried I won't be able to deal damage if I have to outside of casting.
Thanks!!
