How important is party composition?
Post Body

I've played tabletop RPGs a few times, but they've always ended up in cheesefests where one or two players can do literally everything because the DM allowed them.

I recently started my own group with some close friends and we're doing Rise of the Runelords, this is all of our first time with Pathfinder, but 1 of us has played D&D 3.5, and I've played a few smaller systems.

So far we have a Bolt Ace Gunslinger, a Warpriest, and an Arcanist.

I'm really bad at making decisions, and I'm pretty open to anything, but I'm worried if I chose something too similar to one of the other players classes I'll be crippling us for no reason. Is this a valid fear or does it not matter much?
