Any recommendations on a class that would fit my party/campaign.
Post Body

Apologies in advance if there is a section which questions should be posted in, I am new to this sub (and pathfinder in general).

So a little backstory, our group is running Rise of the Runelords campaign and are currently 6 sessions in. I had originally made a Kitsune Sorcerer which, due to my inexperience I ended up not enjoying as things progressed, and have decided to retire him (I was allowed to fix him, however he changed so much I decided it would be better to start fresh). Our group is very RP heavy, we've only done about 3 combat encounters total in all of our sessions (3 hours each), which partial comes from a lack of leadership from our PCs, as no one's personality really made them a great leader or motivator. That said our current party consists of a Ranger, a Magus, a Monk (after his pally died when he ran off alone), and a Paladin (Who is experienced with the game, but generally has a bad attention span and isn't great at playing his character, which makes it hard for him to lead).

That said, while I know that having an RP focused group means that you should generally make a character that you will enjoy first and foremost, I would like to try and round out any loose ends we might have composition wise. For the most part I'm looking for a CHA based character who would be comfortable leading the group (I sort of went against my characters personality last session, which then resulted in us actually getting things done) . Other than that I'm open to suggestions. I was looking at a White Mage Arcanist, however the guide I was reading said they were quite bad, which I can kind of understand due to the high cost of getting uses of heal spells.

Our GM is open to pretty well everything, and the only thing he's basically banned are the Tiefling and Aasimar races, allowing basically anything we can come up with (within reason). I'm open to almost any style of play, although our group probably doesn't need another melee character given how we already have 3. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
