Do familiars with archetypes still provide the skill bonus associated with that type of familiar?

I assume the answer is yes because it doesn't seem to say otherwise anywhere, but aonprd doesn't really explain familiar archetypes; it just provides a list of them. But it seems to be the same as normal archetypes, i.e. you can just take it for free and it makes the specified alterations. So I assume, for example, a Figment Rabbit still gives 4 initiative and a Prankster Lamprey still gives 3 hp?
