(Fall of Plaguestone) What should happen to my players if they decide to leave Vilree lair or take a long rest to get all their healing back?

So this is the first time I am running a Pathfinder, along with my group of two players. We've worked everything out and we're okay with running the adventure, Fall of Plaguestone that's meant for 3 to 5 players. They also are okay with having a lose scenario if they are unable to stop Vilree in the third chapter.

With all that said, what are your thoughts if they decide to go back to town or long/short rest while inside of or outside of her lair if she has been alerted?

Should I try giving them a disclaimer that once they enter her lair there is no turning back?
