I'm working on my monk and playing with free archetype staff Acrobat. At least up to level 8 you can make the shove action, jump 5 feet more, trip/shove 2 enemies(how does this work with map? It doesn't specify) make a target flat footed and reduce trip/shove dc.
The bow staff already has the trip trait, and I don't see myself using the shove action a ton(maybe it's better than I know). Jumping is cool but I don't see myself using it a ton. I can trip 2 enemies with flurry of maneuvers. The leveling strike has the press trait so I can't take advantage of the penalty for my own strikes. So on a normal turn i am doing it for my 3 strike so I have a decent chance to crit fail with my 10 map.
Can someone tell me what I'm missing from this archetype.
