Iโm pretty sure there isnโt any rules against it, but in my last session the topic of doing Treat Wounds while underwater came up. The players decided to just leave the water and treat wounds then, rather than have a whole discussion about the logistics (or spend time looking for if there was a specific rule against it)
Are there any activities that canโt be performed while underwater (without special magic/items)? Obviously things like lighting a mundane torch are out, but items like the Cloak of Feline Rest lead me to believe things like taking a long rest is out, as it specifically calls out being wet preventing it.
EDIT: Assume the PC can breathe underwater.
Can't trip or fly underwater. (Yes. We actually had that argument at my game ๐ )
