Misery Siktempora Regeneration

So...The misery siktempora's regeneration is deactivated by mental and orichalcum (normal for siktemporas), but also deactivated by positive? It's a living creature; it can't take positive damage. And regeneration states that it must "take damage" of the specified type to deactivate its regeneration. Am I missing something here, or was this something that desperately needed a second proofread?
