Wasn't the Pathbuilder Remaster update supposed to be... Yesterday

I knew the beta came out on Monday but I thought it was supposed to be generally available by today. I know the android play store has had the "pending ring" around the app when I go there since yesterday. Does that mean the server is busy processing the update or busy distributing the update?

Edit: to clarify I am talking about the general release announced for Wednesday and I do not imagine any delays or faults found in the beta are caused by Redrazors or their programming capacity which I find to be commendable.
