So, sure footing, which is one of the Remaster's new "get rid of conditions" spells, allows you to counteract being grabbed, and it seems...really odd? Like, if you were being grabbed by a T-rex, would that be considered "part of the target's normal state"? Intuitively I'd say no, since the target is not normally grabbed by the T-Rex, but it's still odd. Plus, it seems like using the spell against grabbed/restrained is a lot better than all the other conditions it removes, because if you suppress the effect, then that's almost the same as counteracting it. If the target moves away from the t-rex, then its neck doesn't magically get longer to reach and grab the creature again. But if the t-rex moves up to have its target in reach before the start of the caster's next turn, then does it reestablish the grab? Or did the grab become null once the creature moved out of the t-rex's reach?
I dunno. Sure footing immediately stood out to me as one of those spells that seems really really weird with how it would be used in practice.
