Spellstrike and Telekinetic Maneuver?
Post Body

How would it work? Can they be paired? Spellstrike says that your attack roll is used for both the strike and the spell. Telekinetic Maneuver says that you use a Maneuver with a spell attack roll. When the enemy has the same AC and Fort/Ref DC, obviously, if you hit, you also apply the Maneuver's effects. But what when it does not?

AC greater than Fort/Ref DC? If I don't hit AC but hit Fort/Ref DC, does that mean the entire attack is missed or does the Maneuver's effect apply but not attack?

AC lower than Fort/Ref DC? If I hit AC but not Fort/Ref DC, does the attack deal damage but the maneuver doesn't work or does the maneuver work because the attack hit?
