How would it work? Can they be paired? Spellstrike says that your attack roll is used for both the strike and the spell. Telekinetic Maneuver says that you use a Maneuver with a spell attack roll. When the enemy has the same AC and Fort/Ref DC, obviously, if you hit, you also apply the Maneuver's effects. But what when it does not?
AC greater than Fort/Ref DC? If I don't hit AC but hit Fort/Ref DC, does that mean the entire attack is missed or does the Maneuver's effect apply but not attack?
AC lower than Fort/Ref DC? If I hit AC but not Fort/Ref DC, does the attack deal damage but the maneuver doesn't work or does the maneuver work because the attack hit?
