Can any more experienced SSF players share their ol' reliables? I know to some extent SSF build choices change based on the items you find, but I'm curious what your thoughts are regardless.

I'm gravitating towards EA ballista and DD since I didn't play either last league and the resources on the both of them seem very plentiful. EA in particular seems to have a lot of crafting guides posted by YT people. I'm also very interested in Fizec's EK Inquisitor, but I have little experience with the ascendency and skill.

I know ShakCentral's cold DoT is a popular choice too, but I'm a bit hesitant about that choice as I've heard its damage can be a little lacking? Thoughts on it would be appreciated as well if you have tried it.

As for content, I just want the experience of satisfactorily building a powerful character on my own by sinking my teeth into game mechanics like crafting. I like Delve and Expedition, but if I can't do Delve I'm open to just making a tank af RF build to delve with later on.
