Hitting a brick wall with my EA Champ

Currently playing Ziz's EA Champ and I feel like I'm hitting a brick wall in terms of damage.
This is my POB with all my current gear an also some other gear in my stash that I've been working on. https://pastebin.com/hzJnmimJ
I don't know how to maximize the build and it is disheartening especially when you compare it to Ziz's dps on his POB.
