I saw in the upcoming patch notes that Flame Surge is finally being fixed (before it wasn't doing bonus damage against burning enemies like it was supposed to). So naturally I am brainstorming build ideas, but am unsure about how specific interactions may or may not work. Flame Surge inherently cannot Ignite, so I was wondering if it would be possible to bypass this downside thru Secrets of Suffering and/or The Three Dragons. If I were to have both of these on my character, does that mean Flame Surge would be able to both Shock and Scorch? I assume the "Cannot Ignite" modifier would not be converted from this Keystone Unique? Apologies if this is a fairly obvious question / answer.
