I need help figuring out what exactly I’m doing wrong. I feel like I can’t catch up to endgame with my two current builds. First, I leveled a Ice Shot character. But I can’t get out of t4 with her due to gear and low life and inability to buy gear I need. Then I went blade flurry because I heard it was better. I’m rocking up to t8-9, but feel like I can’t clear fast enough (Alva gives issues) and my damage isn’t there but survivability is great. I’ve only got like 60-70c saved up. I love ice shot so far but can’t afford the 6L and don’t know how to improve it. The blade flurry seems good but just am missing damage.

I’d love any input as I feel like I’ve hit a wall this patch. Blight I killed UE and hit depth 400 for the first time. Id love to get back there. Just stuck on how.
