So I started playing a Flicker Strike Raider and I'm seriously having a blast with it. Insta frenzy generation, fast clear speed, and, on top of that, a free 6-link. And that's where I have a problem.

One of the youtuber's 6-link IIR setup is something like this:

HoIce Curse On Hit Assassin's Mark Culling Strike Innervate IIR

Me, in my innocence, tried to copy the same setup, but I ended with not getting no power charges. So I decided to change the Curse on Hit for a Blasphemy, and now I have power charges. But my question if there's a way to know that the Innervate and the IIR are working properly, and also, if there's a reason why I can't work with a Curse On Hit.
