Short video to demonstrate build

So I only started playing on 3.0 and this is my first build that I haven't followed a guide. Actually it was originally following a BV guide, but I didn't really enjoy the BV play style and respecced. My goal was just to build something that was fun and decent for farming maps. I realized that when I try to min-max farming, the game felt more like a repetitive data entry job rather than fun, so I specifically did not want to play discharge. I'm currently farming mid tier maps T7-9 fine. Ideally I'd like to farm shaped ashen woods (T12) reliably without dying for shaped strand and master cartographer's sextant drops.

What I'm looking for help with is equipment choices (I already know my rings are shit, haven't bothered to buy replacements yet), tree, and gem choices to improve survivability and damage output.
