So this is my first league, first time playing the game. Just kinda figuring it out as I go. I feel like I have hit a wall in regards to damage and survivability.

You can ignore that ice spear of splitting and split arrow, just leveling it up.

I was trying to follow this BAMA build - https://pobb.in/UB7UmYPu7jcY but my budget is kinda low (5 Div) and I am on Playstation where it seems the economy is a bit different than PC.

I am enjoying to build and playstyle but I am using a controller and trying to not have to hit a crap ton of button combo's in order to pop skills off so I feel like maybe I am missing something key here or I am maybe just doing it completely wrong. I mean I never played the game until the season start and I feel like i am just scratching the surface.

Anything completely obvious that jumps out as "wrong" that might be holding me back or some easy upgrades that would push me into the next bracket? I feel like I can handle up to Tier 13 no problem but then I go into 14-15 and the monster die but I am easily one shot.

Tried a map with ... the shaper? and basically couldn't even damage him.

Like I said, no clue what I am doing but I am enjoying it and would like to transition from farming stuff to actively pushing.
