This is the POB for my first character, a level 86 pathfinder using CA and TR totems: https://pastebin.com/dWcvEp6r

I found the main game fairly easy, but now I am on red maps and having a lot of trouble. My damage is decent (listed at around 325K in-game) but a lot of things one-shot me. Can you give me some tips on what can be improved?

Specifically, how do I get the 4K life that I see on most high-level rangers? And how do people achieve 700k damage without taking any of the bow damage keystones?
