Hey exiles!
I have a question for those of you who are further in progression than I am. I just found my first greater jeweller's orb, for my build, the next big upgrade would be having a 4th link on the infernal hound (to increase the effect of fire exposure it is applying) - however, I am not sure whether 1. the jeweller's orb even works on the granted skill (the orb says "add a socket to a skill GEM")
2. if the hound will get the socket passively by levelling up (the level of the skill depends on your level - I am level 53 - and It got the 3rd support gem socket on its own...)

so... should I use the orb on the hound skill, or will I lose a jeweller's orb this way because I would have gotten the socket passively?
