I think my rig is about 6 years old now, and I was holding off on buying PoE2 as the system specs are in between the min / recommended area (more closer to min)
If there's anyone who's wondering if its worth it - firstly get it on steam as, if you don't like the feel there's the refund window. Outside of that, it depends on if you're OK with dropping to 30fps sometimes or not. It's really that simple
Just for clarity, this is my rig:
16GB RAM / i5-8400 / GTX 1060 GB
Most zones I'm sitting on 60-80fps. Cave zones are higher (110). Cities are 30 and boss fights can go anywhere from 30 to 55. You obviously get what you pay for having an old rig, but it's not a bad experience at all from what I've seen so far
Happy to share settings as well if this would help people, but worth a try imo
