Trying to decide what to get for the ski season.
I like the tighter fitting Stormstride - but I'm wondering if its 3L H2No will stand up to warn/wet california snow days. I've had the triolet for years and it's been able to provide protection on wet days but I'm looking to do slightly more backcountry ski touring now. I'm sure the powslayer would be even better protection but it's got a higher price tag .
I'll be doing mostly resort - which is 60% dry days. And then also a few shorter ski tours.
Stormstride - 3L H2NO (a couple ounces lighter than the other two)
Triolet - 3L Goretex
Powslayer - 3L Goretex Pro
