Tailoring Fleece Jackets/Pullovers?

Has anyone here gotten their Patagonia stuff tailored? Love the recycled wool pullovers, but the large is a bit too small, and the extra large is a bit too large. I don’t mind tailoring, but I’m not sure if it can be done for those clothing items. Have you ever tailored your Patagonia stuff?
