We're on a long term SA trip and are heading the the Chilean Lake District and considering heading down to Futaleufu to white water raft. I've rafted a few times before but my partner is new to it. I know Futaleufu rafting is meant to be insane but I'm wondering if it will be wasted on us as basically beginners? Are there other places in Chilean Lake District to raft?

I'm a thrill seeker but I don't have a death wish! So it would be good to hit the sweet spot of adventure vs safety.
