After 4 hours on hold I got through, but before I could even ask about my passport the agent got loud and said something about compliance with the agency and that she would cause delays to my application if she felt I was non compliant. I waited for her to stop yelling and calming asked what she was talking about. She made vague threats about finding an error on my docs if I wasn't "compliant". She made references to some penalties for non compliance. Now, if I was rude or something I could maybe understand, but this came out of nowhere. I was completely confused.

She refused to look for appointments and said there are none anymore. I did want to make her upset out if fear of my passport being denied so I let her hang up on me.

When did this process become so insane?
